I’m Nicole Loranger, Founder and Practitioner, dedicated to providing tailored, research-based support for individuals with autism and their families. With over a decade of experience in autism care, I specialize in personalized interventions, effective advocacy, and holistic strategies designed to help every individual thrive.

 

As a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) and with a Master’s degree in Psychology specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I bring a unique combination of expertise to my practice. I’m proud to be one of the only CAS practitioners in New Hampshire, offering specialized, in-depth knowledge that sets ThriveCo. apart in the field of autism care. My experience includes working directly with children, adolescents, and adults in both educational and home settings, as well as inpatient care at Massachusetts General Hospital, where I developed personalized strategies for diverse needs.

 

ThriveCo. was founded to address the challenges families face—long waitlists, complex systems, and the gap between diagnosis and therapeutic services. Through our online platform, I provide fast, accessible support without the need for appointments.
